Our Facilities & Location
G.C. Coterie, Inc. is in the process of building a combination production plant and research facility style Bio-Center. This new facility should be completed and ramping up for full-scale production and research activities within a year's time. Our desire was to locate this new facility in East Tennessee. At this time, we have a 160 acre parcel of land under option in Monroe County for the project.
The new Bio-Center will include:
  grain handling and storage facilities
a soybean mill
biodiesel refining equipment
a cellulosic ethanol lab and equipment
feed extrusion facilities
zero-discharge water handling and treatment facilities
a large hydroponics greenhouse and recirculating aquaculture facility
an aquaculture hatchery
a fish processing facility
a vermiculture operation
wood-gasification power generation equipment
various research and metallurgical labs
office space
and quite a bit more! (to be announced soon...)
