East Tennessee Bio-Center Project Already Expanding

G.C. Coterie, Inc. announced today that is in the process of revising and expanding its plans to build a Bio-Center in East Tennessee.

Media Release : August 21, 2007 - Due to the overwhelming necessity for increased R&D and production of food, fuel and energy products to help care for the needs of literally hundreds of millions of people around the world, G.C. Coterie, Inc. announced today that it is already in the process of revising and expanding its initial plans for a Bio-Center project. “The need is greater than any one individual, organization or even national government can meet. However, as a Christian organization, we have a duty and a obligation to the Almighty to help shoulder whatever part of the burden that He [God] gives us the ability to carry. So, we finally just made a decision that if we are going to do this project, we will do it big. I don't mean to sound flippant about that, because this is a big, complicated and difficult thing to try to accomplish. But, we do serve the Master architect, contractor, and financier of the entire universe. What more could we possibly need? God works through His people here in this world, and He will rally His people together to do this project. So, as long as we all respond to the call, there won't be a problem. It's that simple.”

The company has withdrawn its plans to build the Bio-Center in Loudon, Tennessee. “We are currently exploring three additional sites for the project,” explained Mr. McCarroll, the company's Executive Director. “Given the expansion plans, we no longer felt that the Loudon County site had sufficient acreage for the project, plus Loudon County suffers from air quality issues. Our project would have actually helped clean the air there, but the already existing problems could just as easily have hindered our ability to secure our own air quality permit.” One of the sites that the company is working on is still located in East Tennessee, the other two parcels are out of state. “We are still hopeful to keep this project in East Tennessee, but we are willing to locate the Bio-Center elsewhere to get the job done.”

The company notes that it will announce more about the expanded project soon, once all of the details have been worked out. The company had originally elected not to pursue ethanol research and production of any scale, but that is one component of the plan that is changing. In addition, the company anticipates adding a rabbitry operation and an expanded fertilizer program to the overall project. According to Mr. McCarroll, the company's philosophy and integrated, zero waste approach to production and research will be kept completely intact.
